I went halibut fishing this weekend. Here's a pic of our catch. I'm the handsome guy in the middle of the first pic. The biggest fish was 110# and the smallest was 20#.




I now have 40# in the freezer.

Nice fish and great filleter you got there. Look like she got a Forschner 6" curved boner and knows how to use it. Don't notice much fishy essence clinging to the bone. Good job!! Course we use them size fish for bait down here in God's Country ya know We catch catfish so big you can cut steaks off their lips.
