The folks at your house sure know how to fry chicken. And there's times when nothing beats some fried chicken.

Sure thing.

Get you a suitable container for dunking chicken parts in.
Pour in some milk until you think you have enough
add some seasoning like Seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, tobasco
add flour until it is kinda like pancake batter
In another conatiner season up some flower with S&P
Season the chicken parts with whatever you want and let them sit in the fridge for a couple hours

Take the chicken parts and coat with the flower and then dunk in the dredge then put right back in the flower to coat the outside and cover the wet stuff

Get the oil up to temp(don't have a clue since I can't find my temp probe for oil)
Drop in a little of the wet batter and if it sizzles real good you are on it
Put in a few pieces and cook until the color is right and they start to float.

Drop the cooked pieces into a paper bag with paper towels in there and season at each layer of the drop.

I know this ain't like no normal recipe that calls for this or that temp and time, but at my age and the number of times I have cooked fried chicken, it works for me,.
