I made some Cole Slaw for this catering job. What would be a nice garnish to put on top that wont change the flavor too much. Parsley?

Bill,

I must have looked at 100 pictures of coleslaw on GoogleImages and 99% of them look like they garnished with parsley. I'd take some fresh parsley and coarsley chop it and garnish or take some parsley and some strands of red cabbage and put that on top also, just for some color.

Thanks guys and gals. I have some fresh parsley that I planted a few weeks ago which is comming along nicely. Think I'll chop some up and put it on top with some fine carrot strips. I like the color idea.

Thanks.
