Did these last night with couse cous & creamed corn. Rubed em' with crisco oil and Klose poultry rub. I separated the skin and fried it up till crispy then poured it all back in with the pulled hen. (thanks Big Dude) They turned out great. Kids ate it up too. I made a burrito outta everything on the table...

WOOPS Wrong forum! Sorry bout that.

I was also gonna add it was smoked with apple and hickory. A buddy brought me some hickory...he also brought me some cherry....and some Hedge! Anyone know about hedge? That stuff is YELLOW and lights up sometimes like a firework in the fireplace...Ive got a wood burning insert but im not sure of the safety factor here.....anyone a fireman? :?: :idea:
 
Man that sounds good. I need one of those tortilla holder warmer thingies.
