Chili is simmering and I've added the beans. I've turned the game off, I think the High School Football is more competitive than watching the Redskins.....this has hit ROCK BOTTOM. At least I have the chili to look forward too! Finished pic's coming soon!

My wife and daughter ate Fritos with their chili.......but after I lit my coals with Fritos one time, I don't want to put them in my stomach again!!!

What were the additonal spices Larry ? I think this one needs to be in the recipe section.

Is there anything than can take the place of beer ?

You can replace the beer with anything really, I like the flavor it adds. Substitute with beef stock or broth or even water.

I'll post the recipe in a few!
