Game Day Chili

Chili's on! It will now simmer for several hours!

3lbs Ground Chuck

1 Big Green pepper, 2 medium onions, 2 TBS minced garlic and 2 jalapenos.

Added to the chuck to begin to sweat.

Added in whole tomatoes, 1 can of beer and small can of tomato paste.

Added in chili powder, cumin, oregano, pepper and salt. This will simmer and beans will be added in several hours and additional seasoning will be added.

Chili is simmering and I've added the beans. I've turned the game off, I think the High School Football is more competitive than watching the Redskins.....this has hit ROCK BOTTOM. At least I have the chili to look forward too! Finished pic's coming soon!
