Fried Shrimp, Cat Fish & Sweet Potato Fries

I did a small batch of food for a test run of this weekends Fish fry...

Those are the little yellow peppers from the bottle of vinegar. Some people sprinkle the juice on collard,mustard or turnip greens. I used them for the pics and put them back into the bottle...
