look here boy..dat's my second favorite food behind fresh
tomato sandwiches.....got to add a little onyawn flavor in dere...
either by puttin sliced onions in the grease, which makes good
fried onion eatin, or by puttin some onion powder in de rub.
I assume your breading/seasoning has some onyawn in it?

Another thing is black pepper. After dey come out da pan,
I likes me some tabasco sauce sprinkled on dere liberally (sorry BW),
and I can eat about 50 of em.

Another fine journey into cajun cooking excellence BOY!! I love me some spinach, but I'm the only one who does around here so I don't get it that often.

It was Zaterans breading Boy, what do you think?
We add onions to fried fish oil. I didn't even think about it for the chops.

Yeah Bruce the wife don't care for spinach either. I love it plain or with bacon, onions, ect....
