Fried Pork Chops

Pork chops dipped in seasoned flour and bread crumbs then fried in lard & bacon grease. Oven baked red potatoes with olive oil,
kosher salt, garlic salt, and ground black pepper, cucumber salad, and homemade apple pie for desert.

Fried pork chops are great.

Instead of seasoned flour, have you tried seasoning the meat directly and then doing the flour dredge?
