Seasoned the chicken and flour with salt, pepper, garlic, and Wolfe Rub Bold. Mashed taters loaded with butter, sour cream, cheese, onion, and a dash of peppercorn ranch dressing then fried. Wanted to try something different. The chicken had and nice flavor, hint of bbq flavor in the background.
