Fried Chicken

Didn't grill last night although it was much nicer than saturday night around here when I did grill. Saturday night here in the Bronx we had torrential rain with very high winds (40-50mph) and I live right on the water so nothing blocks it! But anyway...I kind of threw this together late last night so I didn't have a bunch of stuff in the house. Needed to freeze chicken I haven't used and I just decided to throw some pieces in the deep fryer and made some corn with it.

Yeah that's the counter space I have so I improvised a little (as I always do). Butter Milk with a couple eggs. Flour had salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and poultry seasoning.

Like I said last minute meal (and it was almost 10pm lol)

Damn good and juicy!

Thanks for looking.

Re: Fried Chicken

Looks great!!! I like to fry chicken on my Vidalia grill, I know that sounds odd, but this grill has a marinade pan that can be slid over to be directly over the burners, pour your oil in and light her up!!
