Took some of the Tony's Seafood Boudin on Plank road that was broken and made some Bouidin balls... Easy to do. Roll in egg and bread crumbs and fry....

Well looks purty tasty just can't believe anybody too lazy to take the guts off the boudan. Whut is this Eyetalian bread crumb deal? Those are supposed to be rolled in Americkan flavored cornmeal. I am gonna have to come down there. Think that JB Boy might be teaching you bad habits here.

Those look like they came our real good SS nice job. Question, what do you do with your used peanut oil and how often do you use it. Meaning do you save it once cooled and use it for other cooks?

I fry potatoes in it and it is good for future use to an extent... I buy 5 gallons at a time... ;)

Yeah, you are right.. I got the shirt and cracklins at Jerry Lee's right? They are good none the less... ;)
