This was DDB fine Boy. I hate to say but its was better than smoked butts.
All they done was apply a cajun rub, (Tonys with added garlic powder & cayeen)

This was just uploaded give it a few min's

The bark was worth fightin over. I'll tell ya what they were carvin the meat off the rib bone slabs & throwin the ribs in the trash :shock:
 
Let me guess. That was in the local super market's parking lot.. Like you said in a post earlier post... aint nothin bad FRIED!!...Inject + Hot Peanut Oil = Good Food.... :D
 
Oil temp 365, injection not needed, but a heavy coat of Tonys or season all is a must. Fry till 155 internal or about 10min a pound
