Seems to be a trend. I'm not cooking anything, and wishing to live vicariously through someone....I'm supposed to be in Columbia doing a whole hog, but I got called in to work tomorrow. #-o

Well, I've been busy splitting wood, and putting up my EZ-UP over the pit. I'm cooking tomorrow for the local BBQ Intelligencia'(such that it is ) I've got a base of cherry onto which I intend to overlay just the slightest smattering of hickory ,brought from Green Level NC last April in the back of my van! I'll keep you bored fellas informed =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~ =P~

Took a well needed rest tonight. Went to the drag strip at Cooper River. Power and speed is another "issue" that I have. If you could put Q, fast cars and guns together, I'd be a season ticket holder. [-o<

Good Q!
