Texas Gafftop courtboullion-gumbo.. improvised the heck out of it. I used a new video camera that does mp4 and I had to convert to avi to use sony vegas to make this movie. I do this for the fun of it only. I enjoy my LIFE!!

Looks like you you made a modified Courtouillon, You left out Thyme bay leaf & a few other things. It looks fine like it is & great job on the video Too, I also like to tweek & modify recipes. Sometimes I screw em up sometimes their better.
This can be made with any fish here's the Cajun recipe,

Yeah, I know I left stuff out. I was tired and didn't feel like foolin around lookin for spices. As long as it has roux and okra, it has to be good . You know what I mean.. If somethin aint how I like it , I add more chile powder and salt.. Thanks for the link.. Enjoy the Ralphs stuff.. I can ge t tons of it tooooo...
