Well needed a bit of break from all the BBQ in the last few weeks headed off to my favorite fish monger. Plus it has been raining off and on all day and that put a brake in my plans to season in the Pro BBQ.

Had some beautiful fresh Georgian Bay Lake Trout plus shrimp for dinner.

Did them up with some lemon pepper, butter and a garlic lemon spritzer I got last weekend at teh Canadian Open. Added the shrimp in the last minute or so of broiling.

Served it with some baked sweet taters, on a bed of fresh baby spinach.

Good Dinner.

LOL ok I will admit I am being a wuss today.

Took my oldest daughter to the movies tonight too.

Saw the new Harry potter movie.

The movie was very good. I was surprised when it was over as the time flew by (it is 2 1/2 hrs) I am glad we went.

I also saw transformers this week. Now that was cool.

When I looked at the title, I thought you were talking about LAKE Ontario.!! I was going to tell you NOT TO EAT THEM!!!! THere is a DO NOT EAT advisory on them there due to the pollution and heavy metals. Georgian Bay should be cool though!
