FrankenBrinner

First real snow of the year in the Twin Cities, the kids were out playing in the snow and having a great time. We did breakfast for dinner, brinner. Hash brown patties, eggs and toast. So I've had this idea kicking around my head, 2 hash brown patties with 2 eggs medium hard with pepper jack cheese served sandwich style. It was awesome!!! My little helper wanted in a picture.

Yeah, slap some sausage and gravy on that mofo and you could put Denny's out of business. Looks pretty good the way it is though.
