East coast Flounder fishing has been slow, IMO for the past 4 or 5 years. It has been a "right place right time" luck thing with alot of under sized fish. Stocks had been looking better in '03 and '04 and I managed to get a few keepers last fall, but this year it looks like stocks are down to a close to dangerous level again.
