So, even though my Seahawk team sucked the big weenie today, we still had some good chow. I grilled up some wings for half time while I had a batch of chili cooking. The chili was a mix of pork and lean ground beef with kidney and pinto beans. Then I added onions, garlic, diced tomatoes, chilies, chili powder, cumin, and some extras to taste. My wife Sally made corn bread, diced some onions and got out the cheese...life’s easy after a few cocktails. Hey, she works hard and puts up with me. Sorry I forgot to take a pick of my bowl.

I marinated half the wings in hot sauce and half in bbg.

I was hungry this morning so I had something tasty. Bought a maple bar and added bacon...KILLLER!
