If you're using a Foodsaver bag, I usually just put the frozen meat and bag right into a pot of boiling water. Bring the pot to a boil, drop the Foodsaver bag in and bring back to a boil. Boil it for about 15-20 minutes and it will be good and hot.
When you cut the bag open be careful of the steam.
