Food Saver

So I finally got myself a food saver and man is it great. I smoked a few butts on Saturday, pulled em, then used the Foodsaver so I could freeze it. Much better then the hand held jobby I was using. Also, my wife bought me a case of Scott's North Carolina BBQ sauce and I gotta say the stuff is awesome on pulled pork sammies. https://secure8.ep-dns.net/~scottsba/order.html

You gonna love it. I even seal my slicker suit I keep on my motorcycle so it would take up less space.

What i did was pull the meat and stuck it in the freezer until all the juices hardened then i sealed it. Worked pretty good.
