following Jim's lead ... Miracle Whip Light appears to contain some, though little egg .... Miracle Whip Light Ingrediants.

Hmm. Well, been wrong before. Thanks Jim, I did some hunting for that info on Kraft site but didn't find it.

Cappy, maybe check out Vegenaise

Here's the email answer I got..

Hi Jim

Thank you for visiting http://www.kraftfoods.com/.

I'd be glad to provide you with information on our manufacturing processes
pertaining to food allergens.

We understand that allergic consumers are concerned about the potential
carryover of an allergen between products that are manufactured on shared
equipment. Most of our production lines are designed to be convertible to
other products. If a product is made on shared equipment, every reasonable
precaution, including stringent cleaning and sanitation practices, is taken
to prevent cross-contact with the eight major allergens (eggs, fish,
shellfish, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat). When contact with one
of these allergens is unavoidable, then the product is labeled
appropriately.

I hope this information will assist you with your food choices.

For more information about food nutrition, visit www.kraftfoods.com and
click on Healthy Living.

Let me paraphrase....their answer is

"There are allergies.
We try not to spread allergies.
There are allergies."

Thanks guys.

But Kraft didn't answer your question! No where in the response did I see, "Miracle Whip does or does not contain eggs"! 8-[

Exactly! Idiots just sent a pre-written answer to another question!

Anyway, I'm just going to make one of recipes from the site you gave me that won't have any mayo.
