Fish and shrimp En Papilotte

This time it was fish En Papilotte with shrimp, zuchini slivers, tomato, and butter.

400F for 14 minutes.

That really looks nice. Have you ever tried using a Miso-sake marinade before? I experimented with that for some pork loin chops and it came out pretty tasty. I don't have much experience with it this but maybe you've done something in the past.
