First weekend.......

.....with my wife in 3 1/2 years. She's finished with school and passed her license test this week. We canned 5 1/2 gallons of tomato sauce and 2 quarts of pickles today.

Does your Wife think being away from you for 3.5 years long enough? Doesn't seem like it, she put ya to work right away.

Nice work, I know the process is a bitch for sure, but once you jump into elbows deep making a bunch is the way to go!
