I think 1st seafood gumbo with sausage, then sauce picaut with sausage, spaggatti N meatball with sausage, BBQ chicken N sausage,
Cajun sausage poboys, Boudin for mid morning snack, Hot dogs & chilli using sausage rather than plain old hot dog weiners, Jambalaya
