For me it is the one where Homer goes to judge the Chili Contest and Chief Wiggams tries to burn out his tastebuds with an exotic (and psychadelic) Nuquixochotl Pepper. Homer goes on a mind bending ride straight outta Carlos Castanetes (sp) and is told by a cayote (played by Johnny Cash) to :find your soul mate....." I swear that most of the writers there have hallucinogenic credentials!

Best line? Wiggams (in his Edward G Robinsonesque) "Here comes Homer Simpson. He thinks he's the Pope of Chilitown."

Without a doubt, the episode where Marge develops a gambling problem and spends all her time at the casino. One night Lisa has a nightmare and goes into Homer's room and says she had a nightmare. He says "tell me all about it." She starts talking about the boogeyman, and
Homer freaks out, wakes up Bart and Maggie.

Marge comes home, and the front door has a shotgun blast in it, and the family emerges from behind the couch..

"What happened here?" she exclaims.

Homer: "Oh nothing, Marge, just a little incident involving THE BOOGEYMAN!"

No, Seinfeld is!! =D>

I love Seinfeld and probably agree with you Greg. But the least funny thing about Seinfeld was Seinfeld himself. Kramer rules!

I just lost TONS of respect for both of you guys! I'd give Seinfeld # 3, maybe. I do love it, but it's not even in the same universe with the Simpsons. Seinfeld operated on the same basic premise and joke from beginning to end. It was totally one dimensional with very narrow characters. I love it when the Simpsons travels back in time to when Homer was a teen! Goes inside the life of Principle Skinner, or showcases Nelson, or Jimbo, or Comic Bok guy! Nope, not even in the same universe! King of the Hill is better than Seinfeld!

Wow, I thought this post would generate more interest! PEDESTRIANS!!!!!!!

ps. I'll bet Susan loves the Simpsons!!!!!!
