Had the family over for fathers day...

Stuffed some chicken breast with a mixture of home made itialan sausage, bacon, mushrooms, bread crumbs, parsley and wine to moisten..



served with the no leftover greek pasta salad from the recipe section..



Added some slaw, a green salad, garlic bread and some grilled asparagus..




dessert was a fresh fruit salad covered with whip cream..

Looks wonderful John and nice choice of beer. Have you tried the mini Heineken keg yet? Had one in the fridge last weekend and they work and taste pretty good.
