Fake pasta with smoked shrimp

Being able to cold smoke stuff sure has added a new way to flavor stuff.

First I cold smoked some shrimp for 30 minutes

Then cooked them up in some butter and wine

Then shredded a spagetti squash

Tossed it all together with some melted feta cheese, butter and wine

That is AWESOME. I love Spaghetti Squash but never thought to serve it in place of pasta. Excellent!
