I drink a lot of Greek coffee....The grounds, almost powder, comes in a tin can or I have an aunt send some over. I guess it's pretty much an espresso, but you keep the grounds in the cup and let it settle to the bottom. Good stuff.

I would love to roast my own coffee to get that light roast as in Adrain's photos, we grind and use a french press.

Do you know the name of it?[/quote:l60u2iqb]

I can find only one brand around here, Venizelos. http://venizeloscoffee.com/ Can on the far left is the one I get. I get it at the Italian store, with some Greek, in Santa Barbara. I don't know what the coffee bean is at all.

This link explains it to those who have never heard of it.

Thanks Adrain, Hey what do you think coffee would taste like with a little pecan smoke in the background. Maybe I'll try roasting some on the Gator. Who knows, could be ground breaking stuff.

I'm kind of into (in a big way actually) the new Nescafe instant that was featured on Donald Trump's Apprentice last year. If you find yourself dozing off on those long drives home from a BBQ comp you can just eat the crystals. That'll give you a boost!
