End of the Season Wound Count?

My catering season is winding down and it's time to get the concession trailer set of for sale this winter but the "season" is basicly over.

How many times did you Burn and Cut yerself this year?

I made out good this year with Zero Knife Cuts and only 2 burns. One on my forarm reaching around my firebox [SEAR!] and the burn on my left hand now from a hot pan Saturday morning. Eeowch!

Ya'll get cut or burned much?

Wear protecting stuff?

I think you get cut less the sharper yer knife is too.

peace

I don't cater but we've cooked for 3 very large dinners this year (60-100 lbs) of meat each time. I've not gotten any wounds from doing those big dinners.

A few weeks ago, I sharpened my 9" chef's knife and when I sliced into an onion to mince it, the blade slid through so easily I scut a big hunk out of my finger and even cut off part of the nail. No stitches or anything it was just really sore for a week or so. Other than that little nicks and no burns in a long time!
