This may not be cue and it's even meatless, but it's still good eats. For dinner tonight we had garden fresh green beans, cucumbers, sliced tomatoes with cottage cheese, and potatoes boiled then browned in butter - I could eat a truck load of these little fellas. Only way to make it better would be if we had some fresh boiled corn (just now silking) or fried okra.

Beans normally get a ham hock from the country ham place down the road. These got a little bacon grease - pork flavor a must for beans.
