The Dizzy Pigs North (Canadian team) were our neighbors at Oinktoberfest last weekend. They were selling their rubs there. We got to try a few of them. Pretty good stuff, I think you'll like 'em.

I really like Chris's rubs. I used the Cow Lick with some success the last couple years. Took 9th at last years Jack Daniels and 2 first places this year. The Pig's are great cooks and nicer guys.

The Pigs being Eggers they grill a lot and some of the rubs are slanted that way, their success does prove they work on low and slow also. As Rich said a great group of guys. Always enjoy setting up next to them.
