Dirty Dinner

Like I said in another thread..the Mrs. Is back to work so candle light dinners are a thing of the past…we just got time for down and dirty dinners….Pulled Pork enchiladas, Some Dirty Rice that JB sent….the last of my sausage was added to the rice…and for dessert an Apple Pie just like grandma used to make…

I really like The "Food of New Orleans: Authentic Recipes from the Big Easy"
By John DeMers. The Shrimp etouffee recipe is excellent. Also, as JB suggested, the Gumbo Pages are a great resource.
