Did Giada De Laurentiis have some work done??

I was watching all star deserts and Giada De Laurentiis was the host. She was showing some nice cleavage but something looked different. ‚ÄúThey‚Ä

I heard she got the F-ing head of hers enlarged!...Dude, how can you get past that huge carnium of hers. Nice rack or not...she has a huge dome! GROSS!!!
