Deep fried Cajun pork chops

This was a finest way to cook this, to hell with breaded, grilled ect.... I ate em with no sauce of any kind. I regret that I didn't make all 3

How long did each one take? Do they quit bubbling when finished? What oil did you use? Sure looked good Jb!!!.. Thanks!! :D

I used FRESH vegtable oil, I fried em till they looked ready then give em another min or 2. I was looking to git that bark from the deep fried pork loin reveiw but chops aint thick enough. But they was super good Boy!
I'm gonna fire up my larger deep frier soon & do a half a loin. It woun't hold a whole one, its electric
