Tellicherry pepper corns are the only kind I buy. I like them.

How well do they keep and how long does 18oz last you?

18oz will last me about a year, I use the food saver to store them in qt mason jars, Fill the grinder and then reseal the jar.

Last time I got mine at Penzey's I was not happy with the flavor so I switched vendors. Every thing else I get from Penzey's I'm happy with.
