Al, I was at a knife shop around Christmas time and the guy demonstrated them to me. WOW, is all I can say! They were MUCH sharper than the Wustof and Henkels. If you can believe it, he actually "shaved" a piece of paper. Laid the paper flat and shaved it in half. I don't recall the exact price but they were more expensive than the Wustof and Henkels. The feel was very nice too.

I wouldn't spend $169 on a 25 pc knife set. How good can you cut something? This crap is a racket!

Those are good knives. Too pricy for me though. Especialy with all the Henckels I have... the wife would have a cow.
