OK, I accept the fact that this question may offend the traditionalists. Please accept my apologies in advance. Do any of you have any experience with data loggers and the associated software? Wireless real time would be cool but not necessary. Remote probes for meat and smoker temps are also an important but the main application would be to maintain a record of greenhouse humidity and temperatures. But if I'm going to have the software and hardware it would be cool to do some graphs of time vs. temp, etc.
