Been a few years since I had some crawfish done right. Here in Ar., the farmers are starting to raise them when they aren't growing rice. Getting live ones is easy but I don't got no big pot.

JB,

Nice job. I do miss the crawfish. We usually come to Louisiana in July and it is hard to get crawfish then and when we do find them they usually aren't that good.
