The weather here might not be great but dinner sure was…Chicken Cutlets with Red Beans and Rice made with homemade Andoulie

Well looks mighty tasty...great job. Now if you ever move to God's Country (Texas of course) you will notice nobody have two types of beans on the same plate. They will clash in the gut and give a person gas bad. The green beans is where the fried okry should be found. Just trying to cover all the bases here.

We whipped up a batch of homemade marshmallows for the Hot Chocolate that will be sure to be flowing tomorrow. Here is the aftermath.

Great looking plate for a crispy evening. Hot chocolate is sounding pretty good around here although we are holding a couple degrees warmer here than there.
