Y'all forgot the chedder cheese Thought I posted a recipe for some I did awhile back but couldn't find it. Oh well.

I had it on mine just didn't put the toppins in the recipe,

Toppins cheader onions sour cream,
****** no wine next time I'll do red wine pasta to put under the chili,
We'll call it JB's Frenchie Cajun Cincie chili

Ok can tell Oyster Crackers are impotent on this caper. I best instruct the warden to go buy some I guess. Those thangs sure are good on Gumbo too.
