Christmas Dinner

I did a 8.5lb rib roast for dinner last night in the oven. Sides were roasted garlic smashed potatoes and stir fried green beans. The rib roast was good, but cooked a bit too much. I would have preferred it a bit more rare.

It looks real good. I like mine a little more rare--but I would not pass up a dinner like that. =D>
