It's about 20* outside. Good time for chili.
Used some strip steak, chuck eyes, and some vac sealed tri tip.
Following the strict instructions of Scotty the chili master I created this.
I used a little chocolate at the end and a bit of cinnamon.

(BW.......just let it go ;) )

No pic of said powder. It was a fresh grind from my bud at the Q joint up the road.

Perfect meal for a cold day! GREAT use of leftovers too!! I've heard of chocolate, gotta try it sometime!

Put me down for only about 5 pounds worth. I'm fixing to go eat supper in a min. Figger a can of viennner sausage with some Parmeseum cheese and a few Kroger brand saltines on top should do the trick. I pulled some baloney outta there but each slice was half purple and it smelled funny. Now I got rolaids...papaya enzymes and full fledged digestive enzymes...plust I got a cast iron gut. Do yall reckon it be ok for a person to eat Yankme chili? Thinking it might give a person the burps or whutever.
