Ahhhh....!!!! I had me a bowl of chili tonight with some crisp saltine crackers and a couple splashes of Tabasco Green Pepper Blend Hot Sauce. It really hit the spot. It's always better when it has had the chance to sit and all the flavors marry and I love the silky smoothness of the sauce. Mmm Mmm.... I may have to have another bowl before bed. Nah, I wait and have it for lunch tomorrow. This was actually a some of a big pot of chiliI made a while back and saved some in the freezer for just this purpose.
