chicken tacos on the discada

Since this is a BBQ forum, Iíll start by saying I had left over ribs for breakfast. After watching Sapoís carnitas video back in March, I decided I needed a discada and finally got it a couple of weeks ago. Invited my daughter to come over and make her chicken tacos for its initial cook. Began by seasoning the discada all morning over my pit firebox Ė nothing else is big enough. Will post the recipe in recipe section. Think the discadas next adventure will be normal oriental stir fry when the zukes are ready in a couple of days.
Browning the chicken

All ingredients added

Poaching complete and ready for liquid reduction

On the discada for liquid reduction and further cooking

Reduction nearly complete

The spread

Ready to roll up
