Chicken Lo Mein

I love chicken lo mein, but it's typically greasy as all get out from most chinese establishment. Here's a quick, easy, healthy and inexpensive way to make lo mein with leftover spaghetti noodles.

Looks good! Glad to see they are getting shorter! Skip the pictures in the beginning with the creepy music and you got it! I like the fast forward parts.

I'd eat some of that.

I kinda think of the soy sauce like those Texicans do beans in chile...let me add it at the table.
