CFS

Picked up a couple of Choice Sirloin Cube Steaks from the butcher for Chicken Fried Steaks. We decided one was big enough to split, that thing was so tender it could be cut with a fork, best I've ever had.

I need to quit looking at your threads on food! They look so good and make me hungry but don't really fit my diet. LOL Seriously, it looks awesome!

It was a tossup between the biscuit or mashed potatoes, taters won. I later put gravy on the biscuit. I could not believe how tender and tasty that was, a world of difference between it and a supermarket product.

What's the red and green stuff on the plate for? Just takes up room for a second steak and biscuit! KILLER CHOW.
