Man, I could munch one or two of them poboys down right now. I'm super hungry after watching this feature. Great Southern cookin JB!! What's next? It's Gumbo weather here again.. Cold and Rainy... ;)
 
Sandwich looks great and I've already admitted I'm not cajun enough, so I will ask this - what makes a poboy a poboy verses just a fish sandwich
(or shrimp or oyster or ...). Kinda looks like a fish sandwich on a hoagie roll to me. I need some serious educatin - boy. :) :)
 
Good job JB..one of my favorite food groups. Ranking only slightly behind fried oyster po boys.
