Sandwich looks great and I've already admitted I'm not cajun enough, so I will ask this - what makes a poboy a poboy verses just a fish sandwich
(or shrimp or oyster or ...). Kinda looks like a fish sandwich on a hoagie roll to me. I need some serious educatin - boy.
