Catfish Dinner

Had a craving today.

Wanted crispy catfish in a cornmeal batter.

Catfish in Ontario? I didn't think they knew the way up there. Maybe a dogfish chased a few up over. Just kitten around Catfish is great eatin It also makes a wounderful Poboy thin fried & dressed New Orleans style, M, L & T
