Crystal requested a healthy meal that would include the peaches
that are abundant right now in SC.

blackened tuna with a peach relish... little overdone for
my liking (actually I just eat it raw) but I cooked for her...
easy and healthy

Do look mighty laurapin. Fine job Cappy. Funny but just today an old chum gave me about six nice big ones which was growed in Parker County (Weatherford area). He said he bought a peck and I done plumb forget how much is a peck. The big nice ones was going for 52 dollars a bushel. I know how big that is. They are 1.99 a pound at the store. I had a nice treeful in the backyard but I did not bother to spray em. The plum curriollios had a field day and now the squirrells is being well fed. Nearly got bonked in the head by halve eaten peach coming from the top of the big Pee Can tree. That just happens this morn.

yes, and before Griff starts whining, it was WILD caught ahi.

The only way you can confirm that is to show a picture of you with the fish with it's hook in it's mouth. If not, it's labeled 'wild caught' RIGHT GRIFF!
